Applying for Membership
There is currently a very long Waitlist for Memberships. The estimated wait time from application to memberships is now over 10 years.
The non-refundable application fee is $100. After applying, you will be placed on the waitlist. Memberships are offered on a first come, first serve basis as they become available due to attrition. The waitlist is ordered by date of application.
If you are interested in membership, you may apply online. (below)
Memberships are generally offered by email, in the spring prior to the club opening Notification is sent in January to those at the top of the list to alert them that a membership offer may be forthcoming. Since the waiting period can be many years, it is imperative that applicants keep their contact information up to date: emails, addresses, and cell phone numbers.
Failure to respond to a membership offer in a timely manner will result in removal from the waitlist.
*The Initiation Fee is a one-time, non-refundable charge that is paid at the time that a membership offer is accepted
* Dues are charged annually to support the operations of the club and must be paid by April 15.
**The Capital Improvement Assessment is required to pay for club improvements and to retire the debt for the new pool, club house, and tennis court watering system. Until further notice, this is assessment will be charged annually and is due by April 15
Invoices for dues and assessments are emailed to members on February 1 of each year. Failure to make payment by April 15 may result in suspension or termination of membership privileges.
All costs are subject to change at the discretion of the Board of Directors.
