Party Policy
SPTC Party Policies

Please look over the following before reserving.

  • Party requests must be made at least two weeks before your desired party date.
  • A flat fee of $100 is required to reserve your date and time.
  • We have a strict policy of 10 guests max (non-members, this does not include the member/family) per party. This ensures the club can be adequately staffed, the safety of the pool, and the enjoyment of our members. If your party shows up with more than 10 guests, the guards have the right to limit the total to 10 guests (not including the member/family) or ask your party to leave.
  • Tennis courts cannot be reserved for parties.
  • A Shareholder/Adult member over 21 must be present at all times.
  • For every 4 guests under 18, there must be one adult over age 21 to supervise.
  • Guests under age 10 are subject to swimming evaluation at the discretion of the guards or manager on duty.
  • Parties are restricted to 3 hours.
  • Parties are not permitted on holidays.
  • Every effort is made to avoid double scheduling of groups to ensure adequate space and safe staffing levels. SPTC management reserves the right to limit the number of large groups on specific dates. Examples include sports teams and large birthday parties. Every effort will be made to reschedule groups. This includes parties resulting when multiple members invite guests to circumvent the Party Policy.
